GeoClue is a modular geoinformation service built on top of the D-Bus messaging system. The goal of the GeoClue project is to make creating location-aware applications as simple as possible. GeoClue uses phone through Gammu as one of possible source of location information.
gMobileMedia is a simple gtk application used to browse and handle a mobile phone filesystem, it can handle phones with more than one memory area (thanks to gammu). This application is released under the GNU/GPL so you are freely able to change it, modify it and redistribute it as long as you keep your work under the same license.
Kalkun is a simple web-based SMS (Short Message Service) management, it use gammu as SMS gateway engine to deliver and retrieve messages from your phone/modem. Kalkun and gammu is two different things. you have to install and configure gammu at yourself. Kalkun only manage database that given by gammu.
KMobileTools is an OpenSource project (GPL2 license) that aims to be a complete management system for mobile phones.
It's written in C++ using Qt and KDE libraries. It's using KParts technology, so it can be embedd in every application (like in Kontact), it can read and write KDE AddressBook, full import/export, read and write SMS, export them in KMail, and much more. All this depending on your phone capabilities, of course.
There is ongoing effort to add support for Gammu into KMobileTools.
